Will advises franchisees on a range of matters, including the initial review and analysis of franchise disclosure documents and the negotiation of franchise and development agreements. He also counsels his franchisee clients with issues that arise throughout their business operations.
Will serves as general counsel to a wide range of companies, including a family-owned bank, a boutique web and mobile development company and a variety of restaurants and other small businesses.
Will also represents clients that are buying and selling commercial real estate.
