Will represents entrepreneurs in their existing ventures and startups. He is experienced in representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases and serves as general counsel to a wide range of companies, including a family-owned bank, an industrial cleaning company, and a variety of restaurants and small businesses.
Will devotes the majority of his practice to representing franchisors and franchisees. He counsels franchisors in connection with state registrations, drafting the initial franchise disclosure document, forming the franchisor’s business entity and disclosing new franchisees.
He advises franchisees on a range of matters, including the initial review of the franchise disclosure document, negotiation of franchise and developer agreements, and any business issues that arise after execution of the franchise agreement.
Will also represents clients in the negotiation and closing of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
