Will represents all types of business owners, from start-ups to established companies. He devotes the majority of his practice to commercial real estate transactions and representing franchisors and franchisees. He represents franchisors in connection with structuring their franchise system, preparing franchise disclosure documents and obtaining and maintaining state registration. Will has registered many first-time franchisors, navigating them from initial concept and state registrations to franchise sales.

Will advises franchisees on a range of matters, including the initial review and analysis of franchise disclosure documents and the negotiation of franchise and development agreements. He also counsels his franchisee clients with issues that arise throughout their business operations.

Will serves as general counsel to a wide range of companies, including a boutique web and mobile development company and a variety of restaurants and other small businesses.

Will also represents clients in the aquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He often represents multi-unit franchisees in the acquisition of vacant land and existing structures for the development of new franchise locations, and represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers, industrial parks, hotels, and motels.
